The Environmental Protection Council

The EPC was established to oversee the sustainable management of the country's resources and to strike a balance between economic development and environmental conservation. It serves as an advisory body to the Environment Protection Division within the National Planning Commission, the Ministry of Population and Environment and environmental cells and environmental core groups.
